I am a qualified counsellor, depression counsellor, life coach, holistic therapist and also a teacher and philosopher with 20+ years experience.

Most importantly I am a person who survived depression at its worst.

I experienced depression for many years and I did not even feel I was living anymore and in a way it is a miracle I am still here on Earth. On the other hand now I am healthy and happy again.

I did a lot for it. I learned as much as possible and I found the way out of this terrible illness.

Now it is my mission to help on others.

I combine counselling with coaching.

According to WHO, more than 350 million people suffer from depression worldwide…and these people have families, friends, professional and non-professional careers who worry and care about them. They are affected too. Even the modest calculation would tell us that one billion people are affected by depression either actively or passively. 

It really shows that depression is massively affecting our society.

As the numbers of sufferers from this condition are continuously increasing worldwide, something in the way we are helped is missing.  

Despite trying every source possible to gain the real help I needed, I continued to struggle with the devastating effects, and it destroyed my life.  In desperation I was driven into figuring out myself how to get rid of the misery.  It was not a fast process, but I did it.

As a result, I want to share my experience and hopefully help as many people as possible out of the dark hopeless hell they feel and return to the sunny side of a healthy and happy life.

I would like to reach as many people as possible who are affected by depression, either actively or passively.

I wrote a book in this subject and that is one source of my help.

And I offer online therapy so people can get in touch with me from all over the world.

I have overcome depression, alcoholism, sleep problem, unhappiness, state of burnout.

I know we can overcome obstacles even if we think, at the time of our suffering that it is impossible. It is possible.

I can help you, but only if you really want help and you are willing to change. Without you it is impossible to change anything. With your willingness we definitely can find the root of the problem, make improvements step by step, change things around, find the way of life that offers you health and happiness.

It is possible that you make your own way out of this illness with the help of the book.
